What do all those letters after his name mean?
Riley has earned 8 "titles" in 3 different sports. Titles are awarded to dogs by various dog organizations once the dog meets the requirements for a specific title (usually by receiving several qualifying, or passing, scores in competitions). What Riley's titles mean:
CD (Companion
Dog title): This is a novice competition obedience
title offered by the AKC.
RA (Rally Advanced title): This is an intermediate rally obedience title offered by the AKC.
OAP (Open Agility Preferred title): This is an intermediate agility title offered by the AKC.
OJP (Open Jumpers Preferred title): This is an intermediate agility jumpers title offered by the AKC.
NAC (Novice Agility Certificate): This is a "Novice" (beginner level) agility title offered by the NADAC.
CGC (Canine Good Citizen): Not a true "title" but a certificate showing Riley , at least at one time, had some rudimentary obedience skills.
